Mt 13, 10-17

Today’s gospel seems to be strange. Especially Jesus’ answer to apostles' question. We can to be not sure that Jesus revealed to us the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. And actually, it's hard for us to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. Sometimes we behave like people described by Isaiah:

We listen but we can not understand,

we see but we can not perceive.

Why is that happening?

Maybe our hearts have grown coarse,

our ears are dull of hearing

and we have shut our eyes.

We have to open our eyes, we have to open our ears and we have to open our hearts. When we can be happy people who can see and know the kingdom of heaven.
